Click the Tumblr Savior icon in your browser bar. If you can't see the button in your browser bar, visit your settings and enable the Tumblr Savior add-on or extension first. Add the Tumblr username you wish to blacklist in the first blank field of your Tumblr Savior blacklist. You can also blacklist the user's real name, if you know it, as well as any nicknames or abbreviations.
Click the "Save" button to make your changes permanent and blacklist any mention of the user on your Tumblr dashboard. Blacklist specific tags. Type a tag you don't want to see into the text field on the "Black List" side of the window. You can also click add below the text field to create another text field for a new term.
Click Save. It's at the bottom of the Tumblr Savior window. This will save your settings and blacklist the specific tags you entered. Open Tumblr. This will open your Tumblr home page if you're logged in. If you aren't logged into Tumblr, enter your Tumblr email address and password to log in.
Review your dashboard. You shouldn't see any posts that have your blacklisted tags on your dashboard. Method 2. Tap the Tumblr app icon, which resembles a white "t" on a dark-blue background.
